Page1Design, Inc. is a creative kitchen and bathroom design team with expertise in the optimum arrangement of space and in residential renovation. We are exclusive dealers for quality cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, tile, fixtures and accessories–a one-stop shop. A large number of our clients are referred by architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida. We also welcome clients from other localities by special arrangement or though architectural plans and specifications.

As a one-stop design company, our goal is to help you realize your unique vision. To ensure your success, consider an additional role for us as Project Managers.
Yes, you can go on vacation or just concentrate on your job or family. As your Project Manager, we will be on site regularly to assess the quality and progress of your work. We help you select your decorative materials, then coordinate their delivery, so the contractor can finish on time and to your satisfaction. We troubleshoot, but you are kept informed and make all the important decisions along the way.

• CONTRACTORS AND INSTALLERS:

As a busy G.C., we can assist you with your project in ways that free up your time for the construction challenges of the renovation.

° If you like, we can work directly with your clients, assisting them with the selection of cabinetry, appliances, tile, lighting, and all hard-surface materials. With your approval and on your schedule, we place their orders and have everything on site and on time.

° Or send us your specs and materials requirements, and we can provide a quote in as little as 24 hours. We offer wholesale pricing and on-time delivery, with great customer service. Quotations are provided free of charge.

• ARCHITECTS AND DESIGNERS:

We thrive on collaboration with other professionals.

° If your designs are completed, we can convert your dimensioned CAD drawings or even rough sketches into photo-realistic, full-color renderings for your clients, with accompanying plan views, and construction elevations for your installation crew.

° Or let us devote the required time to take your clients through the kitchen and bathroom design process and help them choose materials with an eye to your specifications. All inquiries, pricing, and work product are under your direction.
